In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top five food delivery services on the Android platform in South America exhibited diverse trends in their performance metrics. iFood comida e mercado em casa demonstrated a consistent download pattern throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads fluctuated between 187K and 219K, peaking at 219K in the week of October 30. Active users, however, saw a slight decline, starting at approximately 8.97M and ending the quarter at around 8.23M.

Zé Delivery de Bebidas experienced notable growth in downloads, with numbers rising from 89.7K at the start of the quarter to a high of 168.6K in the week of December 18. Active users also increased, beginning at 448K and reaching 745K by the end of December.

PedidosYa - Delivery Online maintained a steady download rate, averaging around 110K per week, with a peak of 119K in the week of October 30. Active users showed a slight downward trend, starting at 3.05M and ending at approximately 2.79M.

Agora: Ahorra, compra y paga saw a significant drop in downloads over the quarter. Downloads began at 201K in late September and fell to 26.2K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from 483K to 336K over the same period.

Rappi: Food Delivery, Grocery had relatively stable download numbers, ranging from 62.4K to 81.4K weekly. Active users slightly fluctuated, starting at approximately 2.21M and ending the quarter around 2M.
